SHEHERAZADE – Professional Middle Eastern Belly Dancer, Performer and Choreographer on the Gold Coast, Queensland.  Her elegant and unique style has made her a highly sought-after performer and intstructor with extensive dance experience and teaching.

     

 

"Sheherazade School Of Dance" teaches belly dance classes on the Gold Coast and has formed their own dance troupe “Stars Of The Sahara”.          

 

Sheherazade draws upon an innate understanding of movement instilled from her childhood with a background in classical ballet, modern dance, freedance and contemporary styles. She has also studied Salsa and is emersed and passionate dancing the Argentine Tango. With her flair and knowledge of different dance styles she is able to incorporate a “fusion” of styles in her dance repertoire enhancing an interesting array of movement, lines, colour, energy and passion.

 

She has studied with many reputable National and International Middle Eastern Dance Instructors and Masters from around the world, with her first introduction to belly dance in Jerusalem where she lived and studied for some years.  She continues to enrich her dance repetoire, as she holds a lifelong passion for dance, music and culture.

As a performer Sheherazade is known for her grace, elegance, passion, charm and technique. Her vibrant and enchanting performance adds sparkle, colour, energy and exitement to corporate, private and public functions as her true love of the dance shines through.
